TukShopp is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, growth, and strategy execution.

Role Summary

Oversee daily operations across food, grocery, and pharmacy delivery services.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
Monitor key performance metrics and optimize logistics, vendor partnerships, and rider operations.
Ensure smooth execution of orders, timely deliveries, and quality customer service.
Supervise department heads, including marketing, fleet/operations, and admin teams.
Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Establish a high-performance culture with clear accountability across all teams.
Develop and implement strategies to increase orders, revenue, and market share.
Identify and execute partnerships with restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies.
Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Track financial performance, prepare reports, and implement cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational best practices.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the business.
