Community Engagement
- Actively participate in conversations across social media, forums, and the Tiller community.
- Respond to inquiries, foster discussions, and build relationships that enhance brand loyalty.
- Provide feedback from the community to internal teams.
Trend Monitoring & Analysis
- Track industry trends and competitor strategies to keep Tiller ahead of the curve.
- Engage with trending topics in the personal finance space and adapt strategies as needed.
- Use social media metrics to refine and optimize content performance.
Influencer Relationship Building
- Identify and engage with influencers in the personal finance community.
- Foster long-term relationships with key influencers to amplify Tiller’s reach.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations for mutual growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Tiller’s marketing, product, and support teams to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Share community insights and ideas to support broader marketing initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills
- Passion for Personal Finance: In-depth understanding of financial topics, particularly spreadsheets, is crucial.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing and growing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Content Creation Skills: Ability to produce compelling written, visual, and video content aligned with brand messaging.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Experience in tracking, interpreting, and acting on social media metrics to drive growth.
- Influencer Relationship Management: Skilled in identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers, ideally within the personal finance space.
