Responsibilities of the HR & Performance Manager at Sellphone Wholesale
- Track daily attendance and ensure accurate clock-in and clock-out procedures.
Verify that each employee
consistently works from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and completes the entire LX or OfferUp workflow.
Ensure continuous screen sharing throughout the workday.
Monitor prompt responses to leads and accurate logging of deals in Slack.
Utilize tools such as Hubstaff, screen sharing, Slack, and daily reports to assess productivity.
Analyze daily performance metrics, including closed deals, sent messages, and lead follow-ups.
Identify both high-achieving and underperforming employees based on daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Communicate privately with underperformers and issue warnings as necessary.
Recommend replacements for employees who do not adhere to the workflow or fail to meet targets.
