Quidax is hiring a talented UI Designer to collaborate with their engineering and product teams.

Role Summary

Partner with product managers and engineers to create functional and visually appealing user interfaces from initial concepts.
Convert user needs, business requirements, and technical limitations into effective designs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate design concepts.
Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for developers to ensure smooth handoffs.
Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues during development and ensure accurate implementation.
Maintain and update design systems, components, and style guides for consistent product design.
Participate in design and code reviews to offer feedback and improve collaboration between design, product, and engineering teams.
Stay current with UI design trends and promote best practices for usability and accessibility.

3+ years of UI design experience, including collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with design systems and responsive design.
Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to identify design inconsistencies.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
