Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Officer at Flour Mills
- Conduct laboratory analyses using calibrated equipment to assess product quality and GMP compliance.
- Manage daily factory quality processes to meet regulatory and standard requirements.
- Prepare the factory for internal and external inspections, and communicate best practices to relevant personnel.
- Educate factory system owners on food safety and quality management systems (FSMS/QMS/TPM).
Role Requirements for the Quality Assurance Officer at Flour Mills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- HND/BSc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food processing company.
