PZ Cussons is hiring a Customer Care Supervisor to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.

Role Summary

Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information.
Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs and reports.
Follow up with customers as needed.
Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisors.
Utilize resources efficiently while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
Excellent data entry and typing skills.
Excellent listening skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. communication skills.

Computer Literate.
