Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager at Peerless
- Craft engaging product stories and highlight the unique benefits of Core Banking, CRM, Workflow, and future Insurance solutions, customized for various buyer types.
- Spearhead the planning and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new product releases and feature updates, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and product schedules.
- Produce impactful sales enablement materials (battle cards, product summaries, presentations, FAQs) to help sales and channel partners close deals more efficiently.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to provide insights for product evolution and business strategy.
- Develop and implement growth campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and generate qualified leads through digital and partner channels.
- Experience marketing SaaS Core Banking or Financial Technology platforms is required.
- Familiarity with both conventional and Islamic Banking systems is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with MarTech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads) is expected.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills are needed to ensure consistent design and messaging.
Role Requirements for the Product Marketing Manager at Peerless
- Possesses 5–7 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise Technology company.
- Has experience marketing to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or enterprise IT professionals.
- Demonstrates exceptional skills in crafting compelling narratives, developing effective messaging, and creating engaging content.
- Exhibits strong collaborative abilities, working effectively with Product, Sales, and Growth teams.
- Employs a data-driven approach, comfortable using metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Has a track record of successfully launching and expanding products into new or developing markets.
