Payable Analyst at A. G. Leventis

A.G. Leventis is hiring a Payable Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of vendor payments.

Role Summary

Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way match) to ensure accuracy.
Prepare and process payments to vendors via various methods in accordance with payment terms and company policies.
Ensure timely payments to avoid late fees and maintain good vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
Reconcile vendor statements to internal records and resolve any discrepancies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Not less than 2 years of proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
Knowledge of ERP Systems e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
ICAN certifications or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
