PaidHR is looking for a mid-level Product Manager who will be responsible for leading the development and management of PaidHR’s software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR technology, payroll systems, and user-centric product design.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the product meets market demands and exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities of the Product Manager Role At PaidHR
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for all PaidHR’s software solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer feedback.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create intuitive, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Prioritise product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones by managing project timelines and resources.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and align product strategy.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to senior management and other relevant parties.
- Champion user-centric design principles to ensure the product is easy to use and meets the needs of HR professionals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive workflows and interfaces.
- Establish metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
- Analyse product data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to optimise product features and user experience.
- Work closely with Customer Support and Sales teams to understand user challenges and enhance product features.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product adoption and customer retention.
- Ensure that PaidHR’s solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in HR technology or payroll solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong experience with Quality Assurance methodologies
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, HR management tools, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
