Operations Manager at Quidax

Quidax is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to optimize internal processes, ensure efficiency, and drive operational excellence.

Role Summary

Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and partner with leadership to align operations with strategic goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, act as a liaison between departments, and collaborate with People and Culture to ensure smooth onboarding and training.
Ensure operational compliance with regulations and policies, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee vendor relationships, manage budgets and contracts, and efficiently allocate resources.
Lead and mentor operations associates, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance efficiency and collaborate with IT and Product teams to ensure secure, up-to-date, and scalable systems.

Five-plus years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role, preferably in fintech or technology startups, and a degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or Operations Management is a plus.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment are essential.
