MYGEECS is hiring a Product Manager who will own the full product lifecycle and drive innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Role Summary

Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to drive feature development and execution
Create and maintain detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and product roadmaps
Use product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar) to monitor user behavior, drive insights, and inform decisions
Conduct user research and leverage feedback to iterate on features and improve the user experience
Prioritize product backlogs and manage sprints using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
Drive continuous improvements and functionality enhancements based on performance and customer needs

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech-focused startup or small business
Strong experience with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
Proven track record of taking products from idea to launch, with post-launch optimization experience
Proficient in using tools like ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or other project management platforms
Skilled at writing PRDs and managing product roadmaps
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be based in Nigeria
