Responsibilities of the Growth Analyst at Cowrywise
- Support and enhance the operations, engagement, and strategic projects of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program.
- Manage the recruitment process for new ambassadors.
- Supervise skill-based teams within the program.
- Organize both online and in-person events.
- Monitor and report on the program’s performance.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative and ambitious initiatives to achieve community goals.
Role Requirements for the Growth Analyst at Cowrywise
- Minimum of 2 years experience in community management, program coordination, or similar fields.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and managing ambassador programs.
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with various teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-oriented with the ability to analyze program results and create reports.
- A strong interest in financial literacy, student empowerment, and career growth.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, email marketing platforms, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other project management software is advantageous.
