Responsibilities of the Finance Intern at Evidence Action
- Provide support to the 2024 audit by working with both Operations and finance to ensure the completeness of documents on Box.
- File audit-ready documents as necessary.
- Assisting with all facets of the day-to-day operations and finance of the office.
- Tracing, tracking, and expediting the purchase processes to meet set timelines.
- Handling organizational and clerical support tasks for the finance and operations unit.

Role Requirements for the Finance Intern at Evidence Action
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
- Prior volunteering experience with a donor-funded project is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing workloads.
