Farmyapp is hiring Field Marketers

Farmyapp seeks Field Marketers to promote its platform, onboard agricultural stakeholders, and ensure user satisfaction with its services.

Role Summary

Identify and onboard farmers,wholesalers, stores, buyers, and other stakeholders to the marketplace through direct field engagement and awareness campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community members to foster trust and ensure long-term engagement.
Educate potential users about the platform’s features and benefits, ensuring they understand how to maximize its value.
Collect feedback and insights from users to identify their needs, challenges, and potential improvements for the platform.
Represent the company at agricultural fairs, markets, and other events to promote the marketplace and establish partnerships.
Document and report field activities, including user acquisition metrics, market trends, and feedback, to the marketing and management teams.

Proven experience in field marketing or sales (experience in the agricultural sector is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of agricultural practices and an understanding of the challenges faced by farmers.
Willingness to travel extensively to rural areas and interact with users on the ground.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
