Responsibilities of the Design Lead at Unhashed
- Manage and develop Unhashed’s brand identity for marketing, social media, and sales materials.
- Design high-converting marketing assets for the agency and its Web3 clients.
- Create various digital content, including Twitter carousels, pitch decks, case studies, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to develop effective design strategies.
- Establish design templates and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Take on a leadership role with potential for growth into a Creative Director, including team building.
- Contribute significantly to the Web3 industry by working with leading projects.
Role Requirements for the Design Lead at Unhashed
- Demonstrated expertise in design, particularly in brand identity, marketing materials, and social media content.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to create designs that not only look good but also drive user engagement and conversions.
- Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, such as an agency or startup.
- A strong interest in and understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and emerging technologies.
