Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager at Peerless

  • Orchestrate smooth onboarding processes that encourage swift product adoption.
  • Track customer usage, engagement levels, and satisfaction scores to proactively spot potential risks, opportunities for account growth, and possibilities for upselling.
  • Cultivate relationships as a trusted advisor with key client decision-makers, ensuring their business objectives align with the capabilities of Peerless’ solutions.
  • Manage contract renewals, minimize customer churn, and identify avenues for expansion through cross-selling with relevant customer contacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (with Product, Engineering, and Sales) to feed customer insights into roadmap planning and solution enhancements.

Role Requirements for the Customer Success Manager at Peerless

  • Possesses 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Delivery, ideally within enterprise SaaS, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of managing significant and intricate client relationships involving various stakeholders.
  • Exhibits a strong grasp of core banking systems, CRM platforms, and workflow management tools.
  • Displays excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Comfortable with the dynamic nature of a startup environment and confident in taking full ownership of results.
