Loubby AI is hiring a Communication Specialist to craft clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

Role Summary

Create and execute communication strategies and content plans that align with organizational objectives.
Write and edit various high-quality internal and external communications, such as newsletters, press releases, blog posts, speeches, talking points, reports, and social media content.
Work with leadership, marketing, and HR teams to develop key messages and campaigns.
Oversee company-wide announcements, employee communications, and organizational updates.
Support media relations efforts by drafting press materials and coordinating with journalists and PR teams.
Monitor communication trends and suggest new tools, channels, and formats for outreach.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related area.
Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience in a role focused on communications, PR, or content creation.
Demonstrates exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Has a strong grasp of media relations, digital content, and messaging strategy.
Exhibits excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and Buffer.
Experience in corporate communications, crisis communication, or public affairs is beneficial.
Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance tracking tools is advantageous.
Capable of managing multiple projects effectively under pressure.
Experience collaborating with designers and content teams on integrated campaigns.
