Responsibilities of the Content Marketer at 390 Technologies
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with target audiences, positioning 390 Technologies as a thought leader in ERP solutions and business transformation.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce various types of content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, product descriptions, and email newsletters that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key trends and topics that align with our offerings. Create content that meets these demands, ensuring relevance and timely engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic reach, ensuring our content ranks well in search engines and is discoverable by prospective clients.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track content performance and engagement metrics. Adjust strategies based on data insights to ensure content meets defined KPIs.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on messaging and deliver consistent, high-quality content that represents our brand accurately across all channels.
- Social Media Management: Develop content for social media channels to build brand visibility, attract prospective clients, and nurture engagement with our existing followers
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in SaaS, digital transformation, or B2B tech marketing.
- Proven record of developing and executing effective content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing clear, compelling, and error-free content.
- Proficiency in SEO and content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Familiarity with social media management and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible, engaging content.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
