Requirements for the Wema Bank’s Bankers in Training Program
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent) in any field from a recognized university.
- At least 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, or equivalent examinations, including Mathematics and English.
- Must be 26 years of age or younger at the time of application.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a valid discharge certificate.
