Eligibility Requirements for Tianjin Government Scholarship
- Applicants must not be citizens of the People’s Republic of China.
- Those applying for a Bachelor’s degree should possess a high school diploma and be younger than 25 years old, while Master’s degree applicants should hold a Bachelor’s diploma and be under 35 years old.
- Students need to provide proof of English proficiency, with a mandatory TOEFL score of 80 or IELTS score of 6.0. Native English speakers are not required to submit these certificates. Applicants who completed their Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in English may submit a Certificate of Undergraduate Study in English instead.
- The minimum English language requirement for the English MBA Program is a TOEFL score of 85 or an IELTS score of 6.5.
- Applicants are expected to have good conduct, sound physical and mental health, and be willing to comply with the laws and regulations of China and Tianjin University.
