The Kwara State Government has established the Kwara State Scholarship Board to encourage education per excellence among young promising Kwara state Students.
The Kwara State Scholarship Board offers an Award of scholarship to indigenes/ merit students in Nigerian Public Tertiary Institutions and an annual stipend of Bursary award to Kwara state Indigenes across all Public tertiary Institutions in Nigeria.
The Executive Governor of Kwara State Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has approved the 2023/2024 bursary and scholarship award to Indigenes of Kwara State studying in Federal and State owned Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible, you must:
- be a final-year student
- be an indigene of Kwara State
- be studying in a Government (Federal or State) owned Tertiary Institution
REQUIREMENT
Candidates must scan and upload the following documents
- Passport Photograph
- Local Government Citizenship Certificate
- The last session results were stamped and signed by the appropriate authority
- Admission Letter
- Valid Institutional I.D Card
- Evidence of NAKSS due payment.
DURATION
The application is open for two weeks. Start on Monday, 11th of March, 2024, and closes on Sunday 24th of March, 2024
