Background
The Barau I Jibrin Foundation is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and providing educational opportunities to deserving graduates of Kano State. Notably, the foundation, under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator (Dr.) Barau I. Jibrin, CFR, the Deputy President of the Senate, has recently sponsored 70 students for master’s degree programs abroad.
Building on this commitment, we are pleased to announce our Domestic postgraduate scholarship programme for the 2025/2026 academic session and invite applications from qualified individuals
Eligibility Requirements for the BIJF Domestic Postgraduate Scholarship
- Below 35 years at the time of application
- First-degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines with a CGPA of 3.5 and above (5.0 scale).
- Five O’Level Credits including English and Mathematics.
