The US Mission In Nigeria is seeking to recruit for the Facility (FAC) Data Analyst role. They will support the Facility Manager and Facility Management (FM) staff by collecting and analyzing data and implementing quality management systems to improve the Facility Management section’s efficiency and effectiveness. The job holder reports directly to the Facility Manager and advises the FM section as a whole.

US Mission In Nigeria

The U.S. Mission in Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos. The U.S. Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Administrative Management Assistant position in the Facility Management Office. The U.S. Mission in Nigeria supports Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA).

Job Qualifications and Evaluations

  • All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a High Risk Public Trust security clearance. 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics (Data Science), Statistics, Business Administration, Personnel Management or Organizational Management is required

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analytics, handling large data sets and relational databases, monitoring, reporting and tracking performance using data visualization tools is required.

  •  Fluent Reading/Writing/Speaking of English is required.

  • Must have a very detailed understanding of data processing, data mining and analytics tools to examine broad aspects of operations.

  • Must have superior knowledge, exceptional technical skills, and a thorough understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and practices, and the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in managing an effective preventive maintenance program and reporting on sustainment management.

  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and other general software applications.

  • Must be able to self-teach new technologies, modify existing processes and procedures, and utilize good communication skills to articulate user needs and system requirements.

  • NYSC Certificate/Exclusion/Exemption document is required.
