Role Requirements for the Social Media Manager at Busha
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience managing social media or working in digital marketing.
- Thorough knowledge of all main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their optimal usage.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Understanding of paid social media advertising methods and optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle numerous tasks and campaigns at the same time.
