Background
SunFi.co is leveraging its leadership experience as a Distributed Energy Provider (DEP) to build a Clean Energy FinTech platform that helps Distributed Solar Energy Providers scale their clean energy business to millions of consumers in Nigeria and eventually other parts of the world.
Responsibilities of the User Services Intern at SunFi
- Supports the User Services team with documentation, audits, and reliefs
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control of installed Solar systems
- Supports the User Services team with routine and ancillary activities
- Assist with customer Technical issues Resolutions
Role Requirements for the User Services Intern at SunFi
- Have attained an OND, HND, or BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a similar field.
- At least one year of experience in a related area like technical project management or business process management, ideally in the renewable energy industry.
- Possession of good people skills gained from previous work experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be comfortable using Google Suite applications.
- Know how to use tools like Zoho, Monday.com, and Slack.
