Responsibilities of the General Research Assistant
- Meet in person an average of twice a week, with additional virtual meetings as scheduled
- Own a reliable computer
- Exhibit a no-excuses mentality and a growth mindset
- Conduct interviews (virtually or in person) as directed
- Participate in weekly progress meetings
- Manage and organize research data and files efficiently
Role Requirements for the General Research Assistant
- Currently enrolled in college or hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Based in Abuja, Edo, Kaduna, Oyo, or Enugu
- Some experience handling qualitative data preferred (but willing to learn)
- Ability to follow directions accurately
- Background in Political Science, International Studies, History, or related disciplines
