- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Design Libraries.
- A track record of measuring and improving design performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual and written.
- Deep alignment with Doist’s mission, vision, and values.
- Illustration and animation skills.
- Experience with user research and conducting user interviews.
- Content creation and video production experience.
