Responsibilities of the IT Specialist at Trexm Holdings
- Provide end-user IT support and maintain IT infrastructure
- Manage user accounts and access rights across platforms
- Configure and maintain network equipment
- Monitor system performance and security
- Implement and maintain security protocols
- Support integration between business applications
- Train users on new systems and applications
- Manage backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
Role Requirements for the IT Specialist at Trexm Holdings
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years combined experience in IT support and systems administration
- ITIL certification preferred
- Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) required
- Experience with cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Directory, and network administration
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
