Responsibilities of the Designer at Dezyncycle
- Perform architectural assignments with no immediate supervision and work independently.
- Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases, including graphics, renderings and performance metrics for the successful communication of the design goals.
- Produce working drawings, design drawings, presentation drawings, digital models in Revit and visualization in Lumion.
- Assist in the execution of Construction Administration responsibilities and project close-out.
- Contribute to general office-wide initiatives and marketing efforts.
- Help build relationships with clients and consultants with team leaders
Role Requirements for the Designer at Dezyncycle
- Possess self-leadership, responsibility and good time management.
- Professional Architectural degree and a minimum of 3yrs industry experience
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion).
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
- Experience detailing and execution of construction documents.
