Role Requirements for the Full Stack Engineer (Backend) at Fireflies.ai
- Possess the raw intellectual horsepower and the ability to learn quickly
- Ensure contribution to open source (share your GitHub)
- Has enough experience working on apps that have supported 10,000+ concurrent users
- Can design and build scalable infrastructure
- You have enough experience with real-time apps that use something like OT or CRDT (ref)
- A good understanding of sound architecture principles and can build end-to-end
- Acquired meaningful time spent as a Senior engineer or higher
- Possess passion for productivity tools and supporting power users
