PaidHR is looking for a QA Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that our HR SaaS platform delivers a seamless and high-quality user experience by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and verifying fixes.
This QA Engineer will collaborate with the engineering and product teams to execute testing, automate test processes, and maintain product integrity across releases.

Responsibilities of the QA Manager Role At PaidHR
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Ensure test coverage for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct thorough manual testing across all platforms (web and mobile) to identify issues, inconsistencies, and bugs.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools.
- Implement continuous testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Document and report bugs clearly and concisely, providing relevant details to aid in reproduction and resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the product team to understand feature requirements and business goals.
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements during design and development stages.
- Perform load, stress, and performance testing to ensure the system can handle anticipated user loads.
- Identify and report security vulnerabilities or concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and frameworks to enhance product quality and delivery speed.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Experience with writing and executing SQL queries to validate data integrity.
- Knowledge of agile development practices and working in a Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
