Responsibilities of the Finance Officer role at KoinMFB
- Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Regularly reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and update accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and effective communication skills.
- Ensure all bank accounts and financial records are fully reconciled monthly.
- Assist in preparing and managing departmental or project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete End-of-Month (EOM) processes accurately and on time.
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or ACA registration required, or willingness to register.
- 0-1 year of relevant work experience in finance or accounting
